

Dr. Ghodsian’s experience as a physician and surgeon is equally vast spanning from General Practice, Correctional Medicine, Osteopathic Medicine, Urgent Care, and Occupational/Environmental Medicine to Apheresis Medicine.
Dr. Maziar Ghodsian received his Bachelors Degree in Biology and his Minor in Philosophy from the University of California at Riverside. He then obtained a second Bachelors degree in Nursing from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore Maryland. Dr. Ghodsian returned to California to attend Medical School at Western University of Health Sciences and completed his post-graduate training at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Ghodsian has authored articles on the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act, Rapid Opiate Detoxification as a condition of probation for heroin addiction, and the use of FDG PET/CT in the treatment of malignant meningioma.
Dr. Ghodsian’s philosophy is to focus on the patient as a whole, while empowering his patients with education. He always considers his patient’s values, family situation, culture and lifestyle when rendering care. Dr. Ghodsian's goal is to provide a compassionate environment for his patients where they don't feel rushed and every patient leaves the office feeling that they have had their questions answered and their concerns thoroughly addressed.
